Exercises to Improve Your Sexual Performance as a Man

Exercises to Improve Your Sexual Performance as a Man

Introduction

We push ourselves hard in the gym – trying to see how much we can max on bench, or for some of us, squats, or deadlifts are important.

But with all this time and effort we spend building our body as men, how much time do we spend strengthening our sexual performance?

Weight training in itself provides an improvement in sexual performance, thanks to a stronger libido and testosterone production, but we can go beyond this to really hit some PRs in the bedroom… including harder erections than ever and longer-lasting stamina, among other perks.

Here are some exercises you can do to improve your sexual performance as a man.

Cardio: Key for Erectile Function & Libido

You may or may not be running or doing some other form of cardio already, but if you aren’t, get started. If you aren’t doing much of it, do just a bit more.

Studies have shown that cardio can work just as well as medication for improving erection quality. The difference in circulation throughout your body – including to your man parts, is noticeable after an intense HIIT session for instance.

Compared to men who don’t exercise, men who perform cardio have been found to have greater testosterone levels, libido and fertility.

However, take note – everything in moderation, even cardio. If you exercise TOO much, it can actually harm your testosterone production and therefore libido.

Kegels: Strengthen Erections and Improve Sexual Stamina

You may have heard about kegels – exercises to strengthen your PC muscles. As long as you really strengthen that PC muscle correctly (restrict neighboring muscles from jumping in; isolate the muscle well), you will not only experience improved, longer-lasting erections, but gain ejaculation control, allowing yourself to last longer.

This is one of the most important things you can do to improve your sexual performance as a man. (Tip: Once you learn how to properly perform kegels, take PC strengthening to the next level by gaining an erection, and hanging a towel over it – raising and lowering the erection as if you’re hitting reps with some weight resistance! This will maximize the strength of the PC muscle).

Manual Exercises to Improve Blood Flow to Penis

There are manual techniques you can perform on the shaft of your penis to maximize blood flow to the tissue and stretch the connecting ligaments, not only giving you harder, longer-lasting erections, but adding some length and mass, along with a noticeably bigger flaccid hang.

While studies on it are few and far between, some studies have shown modest length gains using extenders. There are online forums dedicated to these exercises, and many men document gains upward of an inch – with photo evidence and all. Flaccid gains are achieved in the first week. It is important that you warm up sufficiently and perform the exercises properly.

Exercises to Become a Beast in Bed

Follow these guidelines, and your “machinery” will be in tip top shape when it comes down to doing the deed. Learn to work these sex exercises into your routine, much like you do chest or back day. A few times a week is all you need, and your lady will be singing your praises.
